On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, PASQAPRO reaffirmed its commitment to internationalizing higher education by facilitating the participation of Universitas Borobudur in the International Seminar held at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in Seoul, South Korea. The seminar, themed “Economic Law and Its Challenges in the Global Unrest Situation”, was co-organized by the Law Research Institute of HUFS, KAVINL&CS, APPTHI, and Universitas Borobudur, with Pasqapro serving as the key technical and coordination partner.
The seminar commenced with an official opening session featuring remarks from Prof. Dr. Kim Sungkyu of HUFS, Prof. Dr. Byun Haecheol of KAVINL&CS, and a congratulatory address by Prof. Dr. Faisal Santiago, SH, MSi of Universitas Borobudur. In his remarks, Prof. Faisal emphasized the importance of institutional collaboration in addressing the complex realities of global economic law amid rising global uncertainties.
Pasqapro proudly facilitated the involvement of Indonesian scholars such as Ojak Situmeang, Adhitya Anugrah Nasution, and Dr. Ahmad Redi, who contributed critical perspectives on regulatory transformation in crypto mining, legal certainty for foreign investment, and Indonesia’s downstream policy for strategic commodities. Their participation highlighted Pasqapro’s continuous efforts to create spaces for Indonesian legal voices in global academic dialogues.
