In an effort to broaden its global academic network, Universitas Esa Unggul (UEU) has established a strategic partnership with Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India, through an official meeting followed by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA). The event took place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 15:30 WIB at the UEU campus in Jakarta.
Jawaharlal Nehru University was represented by Dr. Gautam Kumar Jha as an Assistant Professor Centre for Chinese and South East Asian Studies, who participated to explore opportunities for institutional cooperation. Pasqapro acted as the strategic liaison, sending three representatives to facilitate and coordinate the proceedings between both institutions.
From Universitas Esa Unggul, the event was attended by university’s leadership, including Dr. Rilla Gantino, SE, Ak, MM, as a Vice Rector IV Field of Institutional Cooperation, Rosalina Nugraheni Wulan Purnami, M.Pd. as a Head of Language and Cultural Institute, and Ainur Rosyid, S.Pd.I., M.A. as a Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training. Also supporting the event was the International Affairs Office, represented by Lianda Rachmadany, S.Pd., MA., Head of International Partnership, who played a key role in ensuring the technical aspects and sustainability of the collaboration.
This collaboration lays the foundation for future initiatives, including student and faculty exchanges, joint research, development of international curricula, and cultural and language programs. The MoU and MoA signings mark a shared commitment to building sustainable and impactful international academic partnerships.
