Pasqapro is proud to have successfully facilitated the Community Engagement Program (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat – PKM) themed “Building and Strengthening Bilateral Relations Between Malaysia and Indonesia Through Educational Cooperation.” The event, held at the Ballroom of Royal Park Hotel, Uniten, Bangi, Malaysia, brought together prominent speakers and participants to highlight the importance of academic and cultural exchanges between the two neighboring nations.

The event featured Prof. Dr. Salawati Mat Basir from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erleni Matsyah from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Sumpah Pemuda (STIHPADA), and a representative from PPI UKM-Bangi-Malaysia. Through engaging presentations, the speakers explored key initiatives to foster educational collaboration, such as student and faculty exchanges, joint training programs, and shared research projects.

Dr. Athirah Syazwani from UKM and Dr. Wasis Susetio, Chairman of APPTHI’s International Programs, opened the session with remarks emphasizing the role of education in building stronger regional partnerships. The presenters then shared insights on leveraging education to enhance not only academic excellence but also economic and cultural ties between Indonesia and Malaysia.

A highlight of the discussion was the focus on the impact of bilateral education programs on human resource development and cultural understanding. Such collaborations have proven to be pivotal in elevating the competitiveness of both nations in the global arena. The event also underscored the significance of the Indonesian diaspora in Malaysia as a vital element in strengthening people-to-people connections.

The session concluded with a coffee break, providing participants an opportunity to network and discuss potential future collaborations. The event reaffirmed the commitment of both countries to fostering sustainable partnerships that benefit their academic institutions and broader societies.

Pasqapro, as a trusted partner in international academic initiatives, continues to serve as a bridge connecting institutions across borders, creating impactful programs, and fostering meaningful collaborations.
